§ 1004. Applicability.

(a)

No person shall develop, alter, or use any land for residential, commercial, industrial, or civic uses, nor conduct agricultural, fishery or forestry activities in the Isle of Wight County preservation area except in compliance with the provisions of this ordinance.

(b)

No development or resource utilization activity shall be permitted until all applicable approving authorities shall determine that the proposed development or activity is consistent with the goals and objectives of the Isle of Wight County preservation area program. (8-21-06.)
