§ 1-1001. Authority.

This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Title 15.2, Chapter 22, Article 7, of the Code of Virginia, as amended.

B.

Whenever any provision of the ordinance refers to or cites a subsection of Title 15.2, Chapter 22, Article 7, of the Code of Virginia and that section is later amended or superseded, the ordinance shall be deemed amended to refer to the amended section or the section that most nearly corresponds to the superseded section.
