§ 4-16006. Bulk regulations.
A.
Maximum building height:
1.
All buildings: .....Thirty (30) feet or two (2) stories, whichever is lesser.
B.
Density requirements:
1.
Maximum number of spaces or lots: .....Two hundred (200).
2.
Minimum number of spaces or lots: .....Fifteen (15).
3.
Manufactured home units per acre: .....Six (6).
4.
Floor area ratio for nonresidential: .....One-fourth (0.25) square feet per foot of net developable area.
C.
Minimum setback requirements:
1.
Minimum front yard setback: .....Twenty (20) feet.
2.
Minimum side yard setback:
a.
Interior lot or space:
One (1) side: Ten (10) feet.
Both sides: Twenty-five (25) feet.
b.
Corner lot or space: Twenty (20) feet.
3.
Minimum rear yard setback:
a.
Manufactured home park: Ten (10) feet.
b.
Manufactured home subdivision: Twenty (20) feet.
D.
Maximum building coverage: .....Thirty-five percent (35%).
