§ 7-2009. Approval required prior to issuance of a zoning and building permit.

Where a residential plot plan, simplified site plan, or preliminary and final site development plan is required under this zoning ordinance for the construction or structural alteration of any building or structure or the development or modification of any land, no zoning or building permit shall be issued for such activity until the required plan has been approved.
