§ 11-10. Definition.

As used in this article, the word "resident" shall mean and include:
(a)

Any person having a place of abode in the county for more than thirty days irrespective of any intention on the part of the person to return to or establish a residence outside of the county at some future date; or

(b)

Any corporation or firm having an office or place of business in the county. (9-21-17.)
