§ 11-11. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor. No violation of this article shall be discharged by payment of a fine except upon presentation of satisfactory evidence that the required registration has been made. (9-21-17.)
