Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter for which no
other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by
either a fine of up to two thousand five hundred dollars or twelve months in jail,
or both. Each day of failure to comply with a requirement of this chapter shall constitute
a separate offense. Any penalty provided for a violation of this chapter shall be
separate and unrelated to any administrative action by the county for such violation.
