§ 14-11. Improved property to have measuring device.

All nonresidential improved property which is connected to the sewerage system may be required to install, maintain and operate water use measuring devices, approved by the county, on public and/or private water supply services. (5-21-09; Ord. No. 2013-11-C, 6-20-13.)
