§ 14-58. Same—Commercial and industrial property.

Extensions of sewer service to developed commercial and developed industrial property, within development service districts and other designated areas, if not proposed as part of the county's current sewer construction program, may be requested of the county by a letter from the president, board chairman or principal of the corporation desiring such service.
