§ 14-72. Permits for certain industrial wastes—required.

The discharge into the sewer system of industrial wastes having any of the characteristics regulated by HRSD, the city of Franklin, and the town of Smithfield shall be subject to prior review and permit award by the county after approval by any other authority, municipality, or governmental agency having jurisdiction.
