§ 14-73. Same—Applications—Generally.

Prior to discharging such waste into the sewer system, or prior to continuing the discharge of such waste into the sewer system, the owner of the property from which such discharge is proposed to be made shall apply to the county and any other agencies having jurisdiction, in writing, for a permit to make such a discharge. Such permit shall be reviewed annually, with resubmittal of current operating data. (5-21-09.)
