§ 2-23. Establishment.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Section 15.2-1731 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended), the Isle of Wight County Sheriff is hereby authorized to establish, equip, maintain and develop operating procedures for an auxiliary deputy sheriff force. (12-19-13.)
