§ 2-24. Enforcement authority.

The members of the auxiliary deputy sheriff force shall meet the law enforcement officer training requirements established by the Department of Criminal Justice Services, pursuant to Section 9.1-102 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended), and shall have the powers and authority and all the immunities of full-time law enforcement officers.
