§ 4.1-11. Customer service.

Cable operator shall comply with the customer service standards set forth in exhibit C and as may be amended by 47 C.F.R. § 76.309 of the Federal Communications Commission's Rules and Regulations, as such may be amended from time to time. The cable operator shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Cable Act, as amended, with respect uniform pricing and nondiscrimination in rates, charges, and services. (Ord.
