§ 4.1-10. Communications sales and use tax.

(a)

Comply with applicable requirements. .....The county and the cable operator shall comply with all applicable requirements of the provisions of Section 58.1-645 of the Code of Virginia (the "Communications Sales and Use Tax") in its current form and as it may be amended.

(b)

No limitation on taxing authority. .....Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to limit any authority of the county to impose any tax, fee, or assessment of general applicability. (Ord. No. 2011-22-C, 11-15-11.)
