§ 4-6. Appointment.

Members appointed to the building board of appeals in office prior to the effective date of this ordinance shall remain in office with the board of appeals until their term of office shall expire. Any subsequent appointments and reappointments shall continue to be made under the provisions of section 118.0 of the building code with respect to term of office and qualifications of members; provided, that no member shall be appointed for more than two consecutive five-year terms. The building official shall serve as secretary to the building board of appeals. (10-20-16.)
