§ 7-25. Temporary storage.

When the accumulation of tires on a site will exceed one thousand tires for less than ninety days, the permit provisions of subsection 7-23(b) shall not be required; provided, however, that all performance standards stipulated in section 7-24 and the notification requirement of [subsection] 7-23(a) for the storage cells shall be observed or the tires in excess of one thousand shall be contained within a fully enclosed building or storage trailer.
