§ 8-18. Fee; term.

The fee for a license under this article shall be as shall be set forth in the Isle of Wight County Uniform Fee Schedule, as adopted by the board of supervisors, as it may be amended, and all licenses shall be issued for the calendar year, or such portion thereof as shall remain after the issuance thereof. There shall be no reduction in the fee for a license issued after the beginning of any calendar year. (8-21-06; 5-1-14.)
