§ 7-22. Administration and enforcement of article.

It shall be the duty of the fire official to administer and enforce this article. The fire official shall have all necessary authority on behalf of the board of supervisors to enforce this article, including the ordering of the remedying of any conditions found to be in violation, and the bringing of legal action to ensure compliance with same as more specifically set forth in section 7-27 below.
